In March, Brussels finally wakes up, and our agenda fills up accordingly. Contemporary circus, late-night museum visits, jazz, books, Art Nouveau walks… In short, plenty to fill your evenings and weekends without leaving the city. And as always, we’ll get you there by metro, tram, or bus. Up to you to choose the vibe.
UP Festival
Brussels bends over backwards (sometimes literally) to give you the ultimate circus vibes. For several days, contemporary circus takes over the city with shows that surprise you, shake you up, and make you want to cheer really loudly. Go for the energy, the poetry, and that little thrill of “I have no idea what’s about to happen.”
Practical info:
Location: Various sites across Brussels (central location: UP – 50 rue Osseghem, 1080 Molenbeek)
Dates : 19 to 29 March 2026
How to get there: STIB-MIVB metro, tram or bus to stops along the route

The Brussels museums’ Nocturnes
It’s a simple plan: keep your Thursday evenings free and rediscover Brussels through its museums, when the rest of the city starts to slow down. Practical info:
Location: Various museums in Brussels
Dates : 12 March to 23 April 2026 (every Thursday, usually between 6pm and 10pm)
How to get there: each museum is located near a STIB-MIVB stop; the easiest option is to pick your museum and plan your route by public transport (metro, tram, bus) using our journey planner or Floya.

The Brussels Book Fair is the perfect place to wander, listen, flip through pages, stumble upon an author you didn’t know, and leave with “just one book” (sure).
